Digitizing Workflow

To place an order for Embroidery Digitizing or Vector Conversion first you need to set up an account with us(Free). To create an account, please go to the Register page.

Now you can send us orders for embroidery digitizing or vector conversion by filling the concern order form from Embroidery Order or Vector Order option in your login area with required details about your design and output digitized file parameters/Instructions . You can also request a free quote by filling embroidery/vector quote Form from your login area.

Once you submit your order and we received it you will automatically get a confirmation email from our side, our Planning team then review your order & allot the job accordingly to the right section for further processing.

Our digitizing team then convert the design into your required formats with the highest artistic skills, following the parameters that have been set by you with keeping your final production in mind.

The Quality Check Team then review the designs confirming the parameters prescribed by you. And do the finishing touch ups if required after matching it with the sew-out embroidery of your design, if all goes well then they will place the processed files into your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically once the order is completed informing you about the same.

To download the design all you need to do is login into your Embroidery Digitizing or Vector Conversion account and go to download order section, there you will find a list of all your Embroidery Digitizing or Vector Conversion completed order. In this list, select your desired order you wish to download, then you will be redirected to paypal page for payment.

After your payment is confirmed by paypal, download link will appear in front of your selected order on Download order page(refresh) and you can download your order files by clicking on it.

Your Invoice for the Embroidery Digitizing or Vector Conversion order will be Generated accordingly and you can download it from invoice section in your login area.
